General Meeting Information
All Presidents/Chairs of Tennis Toronto OTA-member tennis clubs are invited to join us for three information-sharing meetings each year. Each President/Chair is invited to bring one other member of their club executive with them. Meetings are held on Sunday afternoons and are followed by social tennis and dinner. The meeting will be followed by a tennis round robin at 3:30 p.m. (Charge of $5 pp for court costs. WHITE tennis attire required), and a buffet dinner at approximately 5:30 p.m. (no charge to you for the dinner). Two representative from each club are invited to attend the meeting, take part in the round robin and enjoy dinner. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please try to send two representatives from your club's executive committe. The meeting is intended for your benefit, so please feel free to submit topics or items that you would like to have considered for the agenda. Once finalized, the agenda will be circulated, closer to the meeting date. Please let us know the names of individuals attending the meeting, staying for tennis and dinner, so that we can finalize arrangements with The Boulevard Club. Please reply by Saturday, March 19, 2011.
